Pravin is the founding father of SOLID HANG. A graduate of New York University's CAS he received his B.A. in 2003, double majoring in Politics and Economics.
He is a former NYC Teaching Fellow, teaching mathematics at Washington Irving High School. He has written for Pop + Politics dot com, Wiretap and NY Arts Magazine on issues ranging from copyright law, technology and its effect on society to politics and the arts.
Previous and continuing collaborations include projects with Tony Oursler, Jacqueline Humphries, Steven Montgomery, Ugly Pictures and CorbettScott among many others. His website for Tony Oursler was featured at the Contemporary Arts Center (Cincinnati, Ohio) and his website for Tony Oursler's Studio and Climaxed was featured at the MET (NYC, New York) and d'Orsay (Paris, France) - a project in which he was a participant as well. He is currently a graduate student at ITP in the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU.
